I may be wrong but I think there needs to be a General Election on 6th May, 2010 to decide who might next run the country.

OK then Eric, as an indpendent candidate for the local elections, what outcome would you like to see at the general election?
I would like to see the Conservatives returned with a working majority so that they can start the work of reining in the deficit without taxing us all to hell in a handcart.

I think we’ll finish up with, in effect, a Tory/LibDem coalition Government which will be better than another Brown Government and better than a Cameron Govermment.
