My name is Phil Taylor.

I am a resident of Ealing, West London and have been for 27 years.  I have been an active member of the Conservatives in Ealing since 1989.

This site reflects my own personal views and not those of the local Conservatives nor any other organisation.

This blog is a way for me to track various issues that get me exercised. Don’t take it too seriously! I hope that you enjoy my work.

    Hi Phil,

I just read your very interesting article about Fred Goodwin and Alex Salmond, and the letter that Salmond wrote to Goodwin about the RBS deal.
This seems very important to me, as it shows Salmond’s extreme financial ineptitude, his nationalistic blindness and his blatant stupidity.
Could this letter not be made known to more people in the current campaign? I feel this alone may persuade undecided voters.
If successful, Salmond will accomplish what Adolf Hitler failed to do – the destruction of this country.
    God help us.

    Best wishes,
