Final Tram bill £35 million

Roger Evans, Tory GLA Assembly Member and transport spokesman, has found out through a question to the Mayor the final bill for the abortive West London Tram. £34.8 million apparently. A lot of cash for nothing, a nothing that nobody wanted.
